We are so happy that we had the skill and benefit of working with Sabrina and her team. Sabrina found us our dream house (actually- better than our dream house) within our budget. She truly understood what we were looking for and did not waste our time trying to sell us homes she knew we wouldn't be interested in. She did not pressure us to go above our budget and she found us what was right for us in our price range. She went above and beyond getting us a contractor in before we put in an offer so we could truly understand our costs, rather than just estimating. She had great negotiating skills and we believe we got the home that we got because of her expertise. We also sold our condo with Sabrina. She has an eye for real estate and truly knows how to maximize value. Although our place showed well, Sabrina encouraged us to invest a little in staging (especially our balcony) and her efforts definitely paid off. She transformed our place from looking like our home into a home that potential buyers could see as their home. Her knowledge and expertise took it to the next level. Hayley, a member of Sabrina's team, also went above and beyond. She answered our countless emails quickly and was always there to help. She gave us the extra touch to make us feel like were their priority- even though I know we were selling at a busy time and the office had three other open houses the same weekend. We had such an amazing experience with Sabrina and her team. Too bad we love our house so much and we won't be needing their services again soon. They were a pleasure to work with!
