"Puts Her Clients First"
Working with Sabrina to find our house was an absolute pleasure. As first time home buyers, we needed help not just finding a home, but navigating the process of buying a home. In this role, Sabrina was invaluable. She worked hard to understand our needs, and was honest and forthright about the process. We found her to be full of useful advice, unfailingly cheerful, knowledgeable, and responsive. In short, she was the perfect guide to the Toronto real estate market.
Sabrina worked with us at our pace and pressure free. When we met Sabrina we were not yet ready to seriously consider buying a house. We had just started to look around, visiting some open houses. We had no intention of signing with an agent yet, worried that he or she would try to speed up our search and pressure us to buy sooner than we were ready. However, we were so comfortable with Sabrina that we decided to begin working with her. It was a great decision. Sabrina was completely respectful of our pace, spending time getting to know our tastes and objectives without pressuring us. When it came time to look seriously, she had a very good idea of what we were looking for and we had had the benefit of hearing her input in the early stages of our search.
Sabrina also cheerfully accommodated a major change of course on our part. After coming close to offering on a house in North York, we had an overnight change of heart. We dropped our price range significantly and decided to focus on a different area of the city. Sabrina took it all in stride and assured us that we could find a great house in our new price range.
In the end, we did find exactly what we were looking for, and we are grateful to Sabrina for making the process smooth and exiting. The first house we offered on was the house we bought. Sabrina made that possible by taking the time to make sure we were ready for the bidding process. Sabrina puts her clients first and she is not happy unless you are happy. If you choose to work with her, you will be in great hands.
