Marc helped me in so many ways. I had a long list of needs and wants and Marc patiently showed me units over the course of a year.  When my ideal unit came available he navigated with me through the tricky process of offering and negotiating. The deal was about to fall through at one point until Marc worked with the sellers agent to come up with a mutually agreeable solution and the deal was done. Finally, Marc was persistent in ensuring that several issues with the condition of my new unit were resolved. I doubt I would be in my new home today if I had chosen a different agent. Thanks Marc!
