We were ready to give up purchasing our first home and just rent for the rest of our lives when we were introduced to Marc Shleifman. Up to this point we had spent 10 months searching and all we had accomplished were endless terrible experiences with equally (if not worse )real estate agents, and what felt like thousands of hours navigating the MLS website. Marc was the first agent that actually LISTENED to what we had to say, he understood what we wanted and where we wanted to live (which was even more important) and was able to deliver in spades! For all you first time home buyers out there, please don’t make the mistake of using anyone other than Marc, had we met him earlier the entire process would’ve been stress free. Marc GENUINELY cares about his clients’, and it shows in his work. He was able to find our dream home in record time but more importantly he found it in Leaside (an area we never thought we would be able to afford) and still within our budget! Marc has many amazing qualities and skills but most of all he’s got a heart of gold and that’s something that we thought was extinct in the real estate world. Not only have we got the most amazing real estate agent out there but we’ve also got a lifelong friend.
