Consistently enthusiastic and positive, they demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience, were always responsive, communicated clearly, listened to our concerns and made it clear that all final decisions were ours (e.g. degree of staging, asking price, in negotiations, etc.). They operate with high ethical standards (e.g. ensuring home is sale-ready before going on the market), reducing concerns about issues rising at a later, awkward time. When challenges arose they were very helpful in quickly working with us to address them and had an extensive network of contacts to help prepare the house for sale.
