Having sabrina as our agent significantly impacted our ability to get the house we wanted. Having a 4 week old baby at home, we were definitely juggling a lot! Sabrina had a knack for pre screening all the houses and only having us go to the ones that she thought would have been a good fit. This saved us a lot of time!!
