I met Marc while looking for my first apartment in Toronto.  I was viewing a rental property and he had been hired by the landlord to show me the space.  I immediately felt at ease with Marc, he is honest and genuinely cares about his clients. Though he was working for both parties, he wanted to ensure that the space was exactly what I was after, and met all of my needs.  He went above and beyond, meeting with me several times to view the property, helping me take measurements and backing me on all my requests for the apartment.  Marc is a very professional, knowledgable, and approachable real estate agent.  I had a great experience and when it comes time for me to buy something I will most certainly be calling him again.
