Responsibilities:

• General team administration and agent support
• Coordination and support on listing preparation
• Offer preparation 
• Client management 
• Maintenance of client relationship management system (CRM) 
• Other support tasks as required

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in the real estate industry preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent client service skills and a positive, professional attitude 
• Must drive and have regular access to a car 

Skills and Software: 

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel 
• Experience with TREB Stratus, MLS, WebForms/EasyOFFER, GeoWarehouse and MPAC Contactually or similar CRM software
