We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter to take on the role of Operations Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, accountable candidate to learn alongside seasoned Toronto real estate professionals and help grow an already thriving business.

Responsibilities:

• General manager of all team administration and marketing.
• Support agents with client management
• Maintenance of team social media accounts, team website and client relationship management system (CRM).
• Manage development and distribution of team marketing materials (feature sheets, listing packages, etc.)
• Coordination and support on listing preparation - prepare paperwork, feature sheets, staging, floor plans, pre-listing home inspections, photography/videography, etc.
• Offer preparation
• Other support tasks as required

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in a client service or executive support role.
• Real estate industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving skills
• Experience with Adobe Suite/Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
• Experience managing and creating content for social media preferred
• Excellent client service skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Must drive and have regular access to a car

Skills and Software:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
• Knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram
• Experience with TREB Stratus, MLS, WebForms/EasyOFFER, GeoWarehouse and MPAC preferred Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign
• Contactually or similar CRM software
