With a large and growing network of loyal buyers and sellers, we are in search of a licensed Realtor® to support our team lead, Sabrina Kaufman, in a salaried full-time posotion as a Client Care and Business Development Manager. Our ideal candidate will be well versed in central Toronto residential real estate, have a passion for the business, be organized and detail oriented, a strong communicator, highly personable and be willing to work flexible hours. Role and Responsibilities:

Client Care: Sabrina’s Clients

Buyers:

• Be well versed in the areas Sabrina’s buyers are searching by staying up to date on current listings and sales
• Monitor MLS regularly for new listings that meet her buyer’s criteria
• Conduct showings, access visits and home inspections
• Regular client communication/management
• Prepare offers and related paperwork and manage the signature process via DocuSign
• Off market search for buyers including but not limited to networking with agents, door knocking, use of social media and other mechanisms used by our team
• All other miscellaneous buyer related support activities

Sellers:

• Support the perations team with preparation of the home for sale as needed
• Regular client communication/management as needed
• Home valuations

Business Development:

• Lead follow up and development
• Client relationship management – present, past and future via communications, gifting, events and other related activities
• Supporting Sabrina on increasing social media presence/content
• Assist Sabrina with tracking team leads
• Business development initiatives

Qualifications

• Licensed Realtor®
• 3+ years of direct residential real estate sales experience
• Proficient in all real estate related software
• Must have a driver’s license and have your own car
• Must be willing to work flexible full time hours including evenings and weekend as needed
• Open to a combination of office, remote and on-site work
